Whilst agile is often talked about in technology and software businesses, the principles and practices it introduces are excellent for all shapes and sizes of businesses. I’ve worked with business owners from micro-businesses (with only 1 or 2 staff) to multi-nationals, all of whom have benefited from engaging with a more agile and growth focused mindset.
