I’ve just attended a webinar hosted by APMG International, the examination body for a range of professional development training opportunities and given by Melanie Franklin from the Change Management Institute. The talk was all about the importance of change management activities within agile environments. It’s great to see the importance of change being discussed, as it’s only when people change their behaviours and use what we’ve created that we’ll truly see the benefits.
I’ve sumarized the webinar in a sketchnote, which is available below for your interest.
Remember – we need to implement change and make it happen, otherwise we lose the benefits the new ways of working or products might give us.
